Welcome to the Village of Ardencroft
The Village of Ardencroft is one of 15 municipalities within New Castle County in the State of Delaware. It was founded in 1950 as as a single tax community in the style of the Villages of Arden and Ardentown. As such, the land in Ardencroft is owned by the Ardencroft Association and rented to leaseholders in 99 year leases.
